like, genuinely—was HALO, the game that redefined console shooters, revolutionized multiplayer, perfected dual-stick controls, pioneered online gaming on consoles, shaped esports, boosted xbox’s success, and influenced FPS storytelling—really so desperate for a remake?
i think im just kinda tired of videogame remakes. we've sorta reached the point with em now where remakes are no longer being madde because people wanted to revisit to adress/fix/add things that could benefit the original games, but moreso because selling a shiny new version of old game = $$$$$$$$$$

like, yeah it looks pretty... but at the same time it's so. hollow. soulless. safe. nothing about this invokes me with any form of emotion.

So an update over on Windows fixed it again, sooo.... what the hell.
