Capturing carbon to reduce atmospheric CO2 is like jumping over the fence when the gate is open. We
all know there’s a cheaper, easier, faster way: put an economy-wide tax on carbon.

Another story to watch: will congestion pricing in Manhattan start on Jan 6? It
will generate billions for public transit, incentivize alternative transportation. It’s carbon pricing by another name. Can it withstand court challenges?
