I don't say this to necessarily defend Garland. He's been ineffectual, at best, but look at how much SCOTUS has tied his hands and affected his outcomes. And yes, affecting Jack Smith is the same as affecting Garland.

I've been seeing a few calling out Biden and blaming him for Harris losing. Some of them are from rather large accounts, too. One of which blocked me for pointing out that they lauded Biden a month ago, but now it's somehow Biden's fault.
