They go through a medical procedure to alter their sexual identity. Which is great. I’m glad they have that option to be who they want to be. But it is clearly a significant factor when determining fairness in athletics.

And again, it’s a unique circumstance. There aren’t a whole lot of examples of people who changed identity and gained an advantage in athletics because of it. I didn’t say people should be banned from sports, I said each case should be evaluated individually.

The idea that a boy who recently began to transition by identifying and dressing differently can go play sports against girls is wrong. This shouldn’t be controversial. But people like to muck it up with people who have a legitimate right.
