We each buy a present for ourselves and wrap it up addressed to the other. That way you get something you actually wanted (after the other has opened ‘their’ gift and promptly handed it over).

Were the CPS correct to abandon their authorised charge on 22/5? If the 6-month limit does not include the day of the alleged offence - Verderers of the New Forest v Young [2004] EWHC 2954 (Admin) - then was that not arguably in time? Or was that charge flawed in some other way?
