My first CD was The Beatles Anthology Vol 1. Dad bought it for me for Christmas in 1995, along with my first CD player. I was immediately hooked on one of his favorite bands. It was fitting to reminisce & listen to this gem he bought when he was in high school.

My dad passed away this summer and I brought some of his records back from Ohio after visiting for Christmas. We always bonded over our shared tastes in music and I’ll share the albums as I listen through them.

Citi Bike service will expand beginning in fall 2025!

Today @nyc-dot.bsky.social announced that service will reach further into outer boroughs, with 250 new stations and 2,900 new bikes.

Now 64% of NYC residents will live within a 5-minute walk of a Citi Bike station.

I lost my dad six months ago today and my heart remains shattered.

I loved him beyond measure and I hope I make it out of this fog someday.

There’s only one way to celebrate a new bus lane in style!

Commissioner Rodriguez took the bus to our ribbon cutting to celebrate completion of the 96th Street redesign in Manhattan.

This project and its offset bus lanes will speed up commutes for 15,000 weekday bus riders.

Everyone hates blocked bike and bus lanes and double parking!

You reported where it commonly happens due to loading and unloading and @nyc-dot.bsky.social installed 500+ new loading zones in those areas.

Today the US DOT’s Federal Highway Administration approved an agreement needed to launch the nation’s first congestion pricing program in Manhattan this January.

The Brooklyn Bridge just got more welcoming thanks to additional public space.

The next phase of “The Arches” opened today under the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge. After a major restoration and cleaning of the bridge, nearly 15,000 sq. ft. of public space has been returned to the community.
