Forest Rec parkrun in Nottingham at its best this morning. Hundreds smiling as they went up and down the inclines and Mabel fascinated by running behind two eight foot gingerbread people and a giant snowman.

Mabel's 150th #parkrun today. Wollaton Hall did her proud with a huge cheer at the start and lots of praise at the end. Particularly pleased with introducing denim as the unofficial colour for our unofficial milestone.

It's not a competition, it's the community...and in that spirit I give you the #1 dog home at Beeston #parkrun this morning...Mabel (who was also very good at avoiding the temptation to dive into the Trent and/or the canal).
