Also a bunch of non-typical stuff you can do with Turkey if you like it but don’t want the big roast for whatever reason. Like braising turkey legs and/thighs.

I worked at a place where the CIO would write emails like this but somehow worse. And he had the same first name as me so sometimes people would send me emails meant for him and well yeah....
