What a disgrace and injustice to this man and the many like him that there is still no ban of conversion practices on the horizon, it seems.

Shocking to see him claim this new interpretation “uphold[s] dignity for all”. Reminds me of the Russian politicians who introduced legislation taking away all freedoms for LGBTQ folk while proudly maintaining it wasn’t homophobic.

So wild. It really struck me when he reiterated the groups they heard from - 3 trans hate groups plus Amnesty Intl - that a ruling in favour of For (Some) Women Scotland was predetermined.

So true. And (to me, at least) this shared oppression by the patriarchy is what unites trans and all other queer folk as well 🏳️‍🌈❤️
