Violet Coral, Glade Run, 2025. 14” x 14” natural dye on canvas. This mushroom was so surprising in color and form! Love that logwood, lac, and cochineal can capture all the nuances of blueish and pinkish purples.

Working on some portraits of locals. I think this is turkey tail but not sure, there’s a few look-alikes. The colors will pop more after I steam it!
