I never got to go to a post-season game, but I was at the All-Star Game with my dad when the 2001 Mariners were at their peak. I’ve been a fan since then.

While this series isn’t perfect, the Ms are still one of the last 3 teams in baseball. I’m so glad my dad introduced me to this team. #mariners

Irony makes this sound accidental. This man spread hate and fear while dismissing the deaths of children as the cost of liberty

Some of my favorite stills from the highlight video I created for Camp HONOR!

This was the first bleeding disorders camp I filmed as part of my ongoing documentary feature bleeding disorders, and their legacy in America.

Browsing through an old Advanced Dungeons & Dragons book from ‘95 to find this note on pronouns. While the solution for this problem has evolved over time, I enjoy seeing that they felt the need to acknowledge this 30 years ago.

What a thrill to see Bernie and AOC live in Tempe! These two give me so much hope for the future I only hope they can inspire more democrats to rise to the occasion.

“It sounds like Americans are ready to see someone stand up to a powerful Russian”
This man is afraid of nothing tonight. I aspire to have the confidence of a retired talk show host.

Fun Fact: the “Doge” of the Italian crowned republics in the 12th-16th centuries was heavily surveilled and any malfeasance discovered after their reign would be charged to their estate.

Have you seen Logevity Hackers on AppleTV? I had the privilege of working on this documentary as Camera Op alongside my good friend Zachary Schneider for several Seattle shoots interviewing Dr. Matt Kaeberlein of the University of Washington pathology program and Viome Life Sciences CEO Naveen Jain.

No joke, this is such a perfect movie poster.

You know exactly what this movie is about, but the depth of the film is found in the tagline, the composition, and the expression on the actors faces.

In 2024 I worked on an ad campaign to promote Janelle Bynum, a Democrat and State Rep. who ran to become Oregon's first black member of congress. Bynum managed to flip a seat that had been red for the last 25 years. Hopefully the DNC learns from people like Janelle.

Who would have thought that people who “won” capitalism are also not so secret fascists.

Chiaro loves watching Spice and Wolf. Ignore the failed attempt at cable management.

Inside the sarcophagus was an adult male. The splintered remains of a chariot still remained outside. A hole in the lid indicating a prior grave robbery. Next to this sarcophagus, was a second, simpler one with the body of a 10 year old girl who was buried 40-50 years later.

In The Trojan Women, by Euripedes, Polyxena, a princess of Troy, had been betrothed to Achilles as an attempted peace offering. When Achilles is slain, his shade comes back, ordering the Greeks to sacrifice her over his tomb.

This sarcophagus however predates Euripedes by more than 100 years.

In 1994 the Polyxena Sarcophagus was found inside of a tumulus, a man-made earthen tomb near the town of Biga, some 120km/74mi from the ruins of Troy in Turkiye.

It dates back to 600BC, during a peak of Greek interest of the Trojan War and depicts the Sacrifice of Polyxena.

A tidbit of historical trivia that I stumbled upon recently, although it doesn't quite fit into any of my current projects, involves the renowned mathematician Archimedes. As legend has it, Archimedes met his untimely demise while deeply engrossed in solving a math problem.

Merry Christmas to the Syrians! For the first time in decades Christians are able to celebrate their faith in public. May the country continue to unite in acceptance in the years to come. #Christmas #Syria

Looking back at some of the most fun I’ve had on stage in Jesus Christ Superstar. If only I could pause time, my job, and all the other projects I’m in I’d be back on stage in a heartbeat.

I’ve found working on the maps my cities to be one of the most rewarding and useful writing tools. You have to think hard about how the city functions, what it feels like to live there. The history, politics, and groups of citizens all shape the soul of a city.
