When requesting a phase I esa make sure you share as much information that you know about the property with your assessor. If you don’t you could contribute to data gaps that could cause a concern to be elevated to a REC!

In order to get funding for cleaning up your leaking underground storage tanks in Florida you need to visit the Petroleum Cleanup Programs page on the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's website. There is a list of eligibility programs, two of which are still open. These programs that exist are not the easiest to get into because even though they are technically still open, in one case, the contamination that would be eligible must have happened before 1995 and in the other case the facility must not have stored petroleum products since before 1990.
