I also think it would be nice if each entry had a line or label to denote the genre/tone of the piece. If a reader could tell at a glance whether an entry is centered on comedy, action, horror, drama, etc., they'll likely feel more confident in the works they choose to follow up with on their own.

I don't think the entries need to be organized by release date; you're already accomplishing the same thing by having the accompanying YouTube playlist sorted that way. Instead, you could sort them onto pages dedicated to specific types of work, such as skits, music videos, short films, pilots, etc.

I've really enjoyed what you've been doing with this so far. However, the ‘The Latest In Indie Animation’ section can be overwhelming. Of course, that feeling is inevitable when covering as wide a variety of works as you are here, but I believe it can be reduced.
