If we are to go down this road I think there needs to be more accountability for incompetent judges. A good example of this would be how Sara Sharif’s case was handled by the courts. That judge remains in post without any known sanction or consequence.

If Leadbeater had any self-respect she’d have put forward a comprehensive bill encompassing palliative care, mental health funding and specific criminal offences which stem from her law being abused.

The way this has been handled and the quality of the legislation is unsafe.
