BEREAVEMENT POLICIES that limit who you are allowed to take off time for to grieve and make arrangements for are RACIST, HOMOPHOBIC, CLASSIST, and ABLEIST.

I can understand the rationale and still highlight that regardless of how it’s justified it is #racist, #homophobic, #classist, and #ableist.
