Not a laugh that Horror author Stephen King comments "Donald Trump is worse than any horror story I've ever written." After the first month. My former friends at Gov't are all fearing for the worse. He has thrown his MAGA supporters into the street who worked in Gov't and others.

Beware of EZ Pass emails, calls, and Messager. I got a message yesterday that I did not pay for going through when I was shoving over 5 inches of snow and my car was buried. If that was not a scam. You could Register Your phone at the FCC No Call and other information. Stop this crap to you.

Snow is fun for kids and back arches for adults. With 5 snows this winter in my area, I don't enjoy it at 75. But what made it east was getting a snow pusher. My electric blower tanks. Was going to get another. But saw the video of an old gent using this. Used knee brace and back one if you old.

For the Superbowl, Copy it on DVR and fast forward. Ads do anything for me, but never in my time have such wasted junk time given to them if you notice the player waiting on the field for the ad to end. But it is about the game. This game was over in the 1st quarter. Now on to my sport Baseball.

Never value something at Retail or replacement value. As an Appraiser, comparable sales and research go a long way to proving your facts and determination. Never make a statement of value based on an option without showing where the option could be justified. You could use that in any field.

Look what they do and not what they say. You heard that. But again educated guess on something is not as giving a factual proving statement. Background is always proven a fact based on research and education. I did this for 45 years at work. But being an independent thinker saves headaches.

The plane crash today brought memories of the two planes crash over New York in the winter of 1960. in Brooklyn, NY I was 10 years old and in a Catholic grade school and could see it falling on a building up the block from the school. The wing tops the Angel on top of the church, right before us.
