There is no doubt in my mind that i am poisioned. I drunk odd tasting water in indiana. I ate fish from the rivers of our home. Our lake is being dumped into were we get our water. Detroits rivers were foaming we saw it ourselves. It all comes back to haunt everyone and everything.

Nothing compared to this. Because I woke up and it's still here.

This shit is real.

And it doesn't tell you it's there.
It doesnt wave a gun in your face.
It has no taste.
No scent.
And it doesn't dissapear.
Please.
Its not too late.
But we are dying.

I remember clearly being surrounded by soldiers who didn't speak my language. And having to surrendered myself so they didn't find my sister. I held my hands over my head as they pointed rifles at me. I forced myself to stare out over the lake because I knew if I looked back they would find her.

I've had plenty of nightmares before,
school shootings,
being shot by friends,
black ghost figures tormenting me and my family.
Demons taking the forms of things I know.
Being in a war and on the run hiding in the forest from soilders.

It was pfas.
It was bad chemicals.
It was what happens when you burn or make plastic.
It's in your mascara.
It's on your pans to cook.
It's used to make colored plates.
It's in foam made to put out fires.
It's everywhere.
It's unavoidable.
There is no cure.
We need help.

I woke up after that.

It didn't matter though. The braches, the leaves, they were spotted and yellowed. We wondered if they knew it was of poision? We didn't have the heart to tell him. I was quiet. Maybe they knew, or maybe they didn't care, or they (i hope) wanted to try anyway. Maybe it was just for money. Not sure.

A man showed up and sat down beside us. I did not fear them they were simply another brother. Not of the familes here though. He had clipped some of the branches outside and bundled them stating how rare the trees where and how they wanted to propegate them. Maybe for money maybe for something else.

It was somehow required for this art project. She wanted so badly to simply play and color. I told her, "Okay, you can but you have to promise me something. You can't touch any of this. Only I can okay?" She said okay, we didn't tell her any more than that. We willingly touched the odd sheet.

This is when my little neice showed up. We stayed at the ladies house and all she wanted to do was play. In front of us were two things and we can't really tell you what it was. A Sticker sheet? Paper? Some sticky residue. We're not sure. All we knew was it was the same poison. Invisible but there.

I was sad because we had walked through the posioned field. I was now posioned, probably just as she, the plants, and the other people here. We despritley tried to avoid it but she told me it was everwhere. There was no way around it. The worst part was yet to come.

During WW2 there were men who fought and died here. The things that burned during the war left something behind, a chemical she said. Something that couldn't go away. Something that was killing everything that it touched. And we knew exactly what she was talking about.

The grass was dying it was an odd yellow and gray looking almost dead but still trying. We had no choice but to walk through it, I saw trailers and on the end was an old trailer home looked unlived in for years where the grass was overgrown. They went on to explain.

They talked about something we didn't really understand until we started to look around more closely. The leaves were spotted and some were yellow. The pines seemed, in a way i can only discribed as "dry and scragally". Then she pointed to a section of the neighborhood and we saw it.

The pines and leafed trees around seemed diffrent and i didnt take a closer look until she spoke more. She was so kind i felt like i knew her but she was gone. There were others as well all seemingly a part of this overgrown neighborhood.

I dont know if people will believe me when we say dreams mean more than just being danger simulators. And even so... well.

In the middle of our res where the forest is thickest, i came to a small neighborhood. The old lady i met who was in a wheelchair spoke to me.
