My husband is in the navy. He drinks coffee all day, but can’t drink it past 6pm else he has trouble sleeping. (Which now makes me wonder how his sleep was when we were dating because we’d go out for late coffee dates…)

I’m in the same boat as you. I can drink a bunch of caffeine then go straight to bed without issues. No anxiety. No jitters.
