25 years since the eve of the new millennium. Great parties, fireworks and more alcohol drunk than reasonable. For me there was also the embarrassing drunken phone call and a walk home that lasted an eternity!

Just over 10 years ago, before schooling dictated holidays, we went to the beautiful island of Skomer to see one of my favourite birds, the puffin.
