Some people claim you get more conservative as you age but god I don’t understand how someone can deal with this shit every year and think,”yeah, all this fucking money, all this grief, it’s all worth it if it means I don’t have to pay a dime more in taxes.” Just a bizarre thought process.

Next year my plan will be slightly worse and about half more expensive. In an economy where everything is getting more expensive in general. Truly a trash fire system.

I think what I’ll do is: whenever I get too scared during certain parts, I’ll watch a playthrough getting a bit past that part so I can get desensitized to it, then continue playing again, rinse and repeat.
I want to play a Silent Hill game myself for once and I’ve been really looking forward to f.

There’s just this perfect authentic awkwardness in his tone of voice (especially when it comes to romance) that I find just absurdly charming. Amazing A+ voice acting that really elevates the character for me.

He has his usual veneer confidence that breaks into vulnerability when he confesses. If you agree, the voice actor delivers an incredible whispered thanks that sounds so relieved that you can really hear the implied “(Ohthankgod)”. Genuinely such a fantastic line read.

Kurama on the other hand is interesting because I thought his voice was kinda unnatural at first but when you discover he’s this nerdy shut-in with deep social anxiety who puts up a confident front, it totally works. However, I think his confession scene is what probably pushed it into great status.

-impressed by Culiang and Kurama. Culiang is clearly an android so his voice is sorta stiff, but it has this soft natural edge to it. Like I didn’t immediately guess he was an android (until I noticed his pupils were literally gears and they made him say shit that made it incredibly obvious lmao)

But so far, this game feels much more like the worthy successor that RF4 deserved (also RF4 is one of my all time favorite games so like…I don’t really expect any RF game to surpass it.) Anyway, I’ll elaborate on my thoughts later, I gotta get back to the game now!

Still, I really like the game so far! It’s not RF4 but I think it’s still really fun and honestly…a lot better than RF5. Like I don’t dislike RF5 (I mean I still put an absurd amount of hour into it so clearly I like it fine enough) but it was a disappointment especially compared to RF4.
