I work in my local community garden. These blooms are from roses saved a few years ago from a demolition site, they are now peacefully growing in a rewilded space behind our apartment. Even when you live two storeys up you can still garden. #bloomscrolling #roses #garden #joy #oldfashionedrose

1. Yesterday, I told someone I thought knew me well that I had just been diagnosed with ADHD. They replied: 'I wouldn't have picked that about you...it's very popular to get that diagnosis right now...the trick is to not start behaving like a person with ADHD is supposed to act.'... #ADHD
