In the Arctic the sun doesn't set today. It just sinks towards the horizon and then appears to bounce back up into the sky

If you are in a temperate region of the Northern hemisphere the Sun just crossed the sky on its highest path of the year.

Firstly if you live in a temperate or tropical region you've just hit the point in the year where the Sun sets at its most northerly point. Here's the sunset position every month near Manila (summer solstice in the middle)
