Alaska Trappers Association board is approachable on these issues. This year they are supportive (after meeting with the Alaska Wildlife Alliance) of restricting trapping (through the board of game) in a few Mat-Su areas with high recreational activity.

I’d say I learned that I made the right choice with 31” Bushwheels and a 160hp O-320. It was the flotation of the tires and the power of the engine that got me out of there.
