More than 20,000 American reservists have served in the IDF over the past 2 years. Where is the national press on talking about this? I know that less than 100 have done so in Ukraine but these were all retired military volunteering as private citizens.

#Israel has far greater influence on America than any other foreign country. Why? You would think America was responsible for the Holocaust when in fact, we fought a war to end it.

600 out of a total of 4,000 #National_Weather_Service personnel were either laid off or retired this year. Don't tell me that doesn't affect the efficacy of this agency and its ability to provide accurate warnings.

#Medicaid cuts will effect all Americans. People who don't have health insurance will still go to hospital emergency rooms for care. Those us who still have insurance will pay more to cover the costs of those who don't.

Printing money out of thin air results in the dollar having less value. This is why houses now cost $500k and tomatoes cost $3.99/lb. It doesn't have to be this way. Also, trillions of dollars spent on foreign wars means we are not spending money here at home. All of this makes America poorer.

I am all for reducing US military spending to a mere $300B a year. If it means closing overseas bases and bringing troops home, I am 100% for it. Let China be the world policemen and see how the rest of the world likes it. Maybe they will be better at it.

If #Mamdani is able to accomplish just one of his main policy goals, such as free bus service, he will have done more for NYC than any other mayor in the last 30 yrs.

I have no problem with making it very easy for legal citizens to vote. My problem is America is no longer producing politicians who know how to govern. Just a bunch of hacks who get into office to enrich themselves at our expense.
