Yes but it has to be what diversity equity and inclusion is meant to accomplish - they need to remove the boxes from everything! Stop asking for race, gender and age in EVERY application.

I don’t understand why they are not fighting fire with fire. I got a text with their supposed plan of action a couple weeks back - basically saying wait until midterms! These dummies think there will be midterms 🙄 Seriously? At the rate this administration is going we’ll all be fucked by Xmas.
