One thing I do a lot is the low and loose bun just to get the hair off my neck and breath a little. I will do this for like 30 minutes and then take it out.

"limitations", like not knowing what's going on, not being able do the thing that is useful and lying to you. But other than that....it's a useless AI box that you can talk to I guess..kind of.
