I like the concept! Here are a couple of technical tweaks: rogue, not rouge (that one is the stuff you put on your cheeks). Also, I didn't quite get the use of the verb "spark" - did you mean "spar", as in, the three characters fight each other?

It was originally in the pitch, but I had to cut it out to fit into the character limit. Man, I have to master the short-short writing...

Great concept. I got a question, though: what's a blerd?

It's an accident! I had to drastically cut words to fit it into the character limit.

When an intern with a traumatic past strands a team of archeologists in a different world, she must return them home, even if it means facing arrogant mages, hiding from dragons, and, above all, guarding her heart against the perfect guy who is promised to someone else.

I (22F) just stranded my team in a different world. WIBTAH if I told them that I have no idea how I did it and how to get them back? Or is it better to keep my mouth shut and cooperate with the magical locals who may help us figure it out? (Fingers crossed)

I participated in a feedback session with you in December, and I am really grateful for your feedback. I hope my first page is in much better shape now! My question: since the submission packet is extensive this year, which part would you look at first: pitch, synopsis, query, or pages?

Hi! My name is Natalie and I am querying a fantasy novel. Any tips for my pitch to stand out? What are agents and editors are looking for this year?
