Isn't the storm permanent?

Isn't this example not AI though? Unless I'm mistaken it's for Black Ops 6 and it looks to me like the "sixth finger" is skin/flash that's separated from the pinkie which is smaller (just bone left).
The fact that it's so hard to tell and that this discussion is so common is scary though.

The skill slot system no longer requiring sockets on gear (so you can now more easily swap it out).
The bosses are amazing!
I'm not far in the endgame yet, but I feel the theory behind the new atlas, and having progression trees for each of the "league mechanics" is really easy to understand.

As a PoE1 noob (only ~700 hours), I think some of the biggest improvements are:
Reducing the fat a bit (not a ton of different content systems competing at the same time).
You can now easily respec the skill tree.
Crafting is way simpler and more straight forward, and actually encouraged early game.
