Perpetual wanderer, always getting lost. 🇳🇿Originally from Te Whanganui-a-Tara, now in Murihiku.
Cheerfully peering at the scenery along the way...
Nipped home to close windows and voting papers are here.🇳🇿

Also, yesterday's domestic day preserves have all sealed nicely.
And yesterday me, who started baking a cake way too late at night, is currently overtired but rewarded.🥳

Sigh, it was lovely and warm and sunny when I left, so I latched all the windows open to air the place out. Now it's wild and wet, and the temperature has dropped all morning 🇭🇲

The trouble with working in a public building is there are way too many clocks! And there will always be someone ready to tell you one is out of sync 😆

Can anyone tell me: if I'm working tomorrow, am I getting up earlier or later?

(Aargh, and I'm going to have to go round finding and changing all the clocks too, aren't I!)

Morena. So a warm, sunny but windy Wednesday was followed by a torrential Thursday with a bit of flooding. Springtime in Aotearoa! What will Friday bring us? 🫣🤔

Fresh scones for lunch 🍽. The joys of a day off. Plus a timely notification that there are coffee beans in the mailbox ☕️😌

Morena. Took a random day off to do some garden jobs done before the weather goes downhill again.
So far this morning, there's been a howling gale, #eqnz, kikorangi 🇳🇿 feed seems to have exploded, and I've lost my glasses again. But there's 🌞.
So how is everyone else's day going?

Aargh! Back to work Monday, and does anyone happen to know where my computer glasses are? Not in my bag, not in the laptop bag, not on my desk, not under the seat in the car...

Sometime this past week, the newish neighbours chopped back most of their 🌳. Totally support their right to the garden of their choice but am sad for the trees (and selfishly for my view). I will miss the green privacy.

The first day of spring together with a day off is a good time for fresh starts. Somehow, the camelia have begun blooming already! 🌺👀
