I’ve started printing some of my images. Whilst my printer isn’t the best, there is still something quite special about holding a print in hand.

I’ve started printing some of my images. Whilst my printer isn’t the best, there is still something quite special about holding a print in hand.
Yesterday felt like a really dull black and white day as it was about to rain so that's the film simulation I shot in. But after a quick play with the RAW's and warming them up I think I was well off. JPEG+RAW shooting FTW.

Final Fantasy XIV is great for mood whiplash. You can go from from this, to this in 15 minutes of playing and both are played equally straight.

My telescopes are probably developing abandonment issues. There hasn't been a hint of a clear sky forecasted for a good couple of months now.

Something I really like in Final Fantasy XIV is that they seem to go all out with Holiday quests. Getting a mount as a reward for a fun little quest is great. Elder Scrolls Online would have paywalled it behind a premium currency you can only get in lootboxes.

Continuing my promise to myself that I'll only use my analogue camera for fun by only using weird films that digital can't easily reproduce. I've just dropped off a roll of Lomo Purple and ordered two more odd ones for my upcoming holiday.

It's minutes, seconds, miliseconds (MM:SS.mmm) which is common in video editing. Here's a screenshot from one of my own videos in Youtube Studio, and here's the player. You'll see same format and it's just over 27 minutes long.

Saw a Youtube video the other day from a guy saying that Youtube keep turning on midroll ads and just how bad it is if you don't go in an reset it every time. Each one of those white bars is an ad they wanted to insert.
