Now & then u have favorite lessons. Last night's was 1! Drilling Von Flue choke as defense to pulled guard arm-in guillotine. Here, Larry—his arm wrapped around my neck—taps to my Von Flue. It can be hard to see what's happening w this 1. But it's happening. I 💗 Jiu-Jitsu moves that flip the table.
