Core Keeper is pretty good, although it's a more survival-style game rather than a base/farm builder.
Palia could also be up your alley, but it is different visually.

That would be so much chill & fun honestly. I've restarted my farm like 5+ times these years and I never finish 'cause I get overloaded with the amount of villagers' interactions and goals... But it's always fun to start anew!
