I haven't watched more than a few odd minutes of NHL in the last few years (because Blackhawks...) and that period was a "Man, I gotta start watching hockey again" moment.

I don’t have the urge to just move back to the mean with a generic manager. Who cares about being 6th? We won’t/can’t outspend or develop talent significantly better than others, so we need a unique style. He has a different approach and it deserves time to play out with our top talents.
