No point. Overnight NetGalley changed file format so now those using Kobo or Nook can’t access the ARCs. Can publishers please tell them to revert to ACSM epub files please?

Why not interrogate NG why they chose to proceed with a change that’s now locked out users? Readi NG books on tablets or phones strain eyes.

Exactly and they’re ignoring everyone who uses Kobo or Nook who now can’t access the epub files & passed the $ to Kobo when they could just revert back to old ACSM accessible files overnight like they did when they changed it without warning.

Def need the big publishers to force them to back down. I ran CloudLibrary and BorrowBox still using ACSm

It’s pissing me off. NG refuse to just revert to ACSM files which is fastest solution til there can be support. Passing buck to kobo but it’s their decision not to supply usable epub 🤬
