This months Garmin challenges. 😬 1x 20hrs of total cycling throughout the month. 1x 25 mile ride, 1x 62 miles spread over 7 days, 1x 3 mile walk, x20 activities of at least 20 minutes. 😧

Lost about 3kg over December. I’m trying to get down to about 70’ish kg so it’s a big help. A leisurely walk with my Garmin, to boot.

Took a couple of weeks off recently. Went for a 18 mile walk along the Grand Union Canal with a friend. My feet hurt! 🥲
