Nex Starpetal's OC! She is a dragon human who is lore wise daughter of Hades, and a shapeshifter! In the first She has black scales, pale skin, and wears a dark purple greek style dress with gold accessories, has scales in the areas shown in the second part, and the third is her in a fancier outfit that is a white greek style dress with a gold accessory.
