I've put a timer on mine and limit it to ten minutes every couple of days. I get headaches from the scrolling cos I'm too aware of the surge to the brain now.

The dopamine hit from the spectrum of emotions it evokes is crazy. You could be watching someone's wedding video and the next is a video about Gaza. The extremes of that keep people scrolling. Also, our attention span now at the cinema or watching a show etc is completely skewed. Scary tbh
