Appeal it to the federal courts if necessary. The more his agenda is delayed, the more we wear him down. He’s desperate to pass a new tax bill for his billionaire donors, obstruct this with every procedural delay possible. It is possible some police may be unresponsive in the scenario you cont

The administration claims they were on “read only” mode and couldn’t make changes. But, as I’m sure you can imagine, they are not being taken at their word and serious concerns remain.

All of those concerns remain. There are several other court cases being heard & many protests all over the country. Dems are also holding a filibuster on the senate floor. The fight goes on.

We are going to fight every day to stop this fascist takeover. The fight is on many fronts. The courts, protests, winning the House in 2026, concise messaging to disaffected voters. The opposition isn’t afraid of Trump. But, yes, these are very dark days.

The SCOTUS ruling is deeply disturbing & the right wing take order of SCOTUS is appalling. But there are limitations to the ruling. He already lost twice in the courts when he claimed immunity, which allowed us to build a precedent for future cases. The Americans courts look heavily at precedent and

He won by less then 1.5%. Millions of Americans despise him. We are (despite what the headlines say) fighting every day to stop him. Many pending court cases. Many AG’s, esp in NY, are doing what they legally can, but many of these stories are not being covered. We are in this fight against Trump.
