January 10, 2026 Don't Take the Bait A person's face is not a probable cause. For decades, majority governments allowed people from neighboring countries to work in sectors with a crucial shortage of workers. Those people gladly accepted tasks that were hard to fill due to hard labor and low wages. Suddenly there is a rush to deport resilient workers due to the notion that routine jobs could be replaced by autonomous technologies. Unfortunately, a governing model designed to treat hard working honest people's faces as felons is not only causing undo hardship but long term distrust in modern societies. ~ Aasi Tahir Siddique
