Irritable Bowel Syndrome hurts way more than period cramps, as a girl myself. Honestly it’s the periods that never stop bleeding for weeks that are more annoying than a regular period. If anything to say about a regular period, trying not to let the blood leak out is the most annoying part.

Holocure is a hololive fangame, but you don’t need to be a fan to enjoy it. Seriously, this game is way too good to be free and indie.
