In the abortion question, it is important to ask the question of whether or not it is murder. Someone who takes the pro-life position is presuming that it's not only "my body", but rather the body of another taken into account. From their worldview, there isn't a contradiction.

This is actually a statement I find interesting, because I think it misunderstands how the Machine functions. The AI is not directly copying from its training data, rather, it's a denoiser that recognizes various patterns in the images it takes. It does a basic version of learning. (1/?)

...and remove one's watermark, but that doesn't make AI art necessarily a tool of plagiarism.

It goes into if one can even own an artistic style, and even then, when the AI is given more and more training data, the further away it gets from the initial data sets and becoming its own thing. Can AI be used as plagiarism? Certainly- as much as I could Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V on Photoshop... (2/?)
