The nice weather has given me chance to work on the garden, and to start wildlife spotting. I’m no lepidopterist, but I think today was an Orange Tip and a Peacock Butterfly!

A few weeks ago, we went to Scone Palace for an evening tour with William, Lord Stormont to hear stories of the Mansfield family's history and the Jacobite movement. It was a fantastic opportunity for an intimate look at the palace!

Really interesting scaffold tour of a Hyndland tenement with John Gilbert Architects and Glasgow City Heritage Trust yesterday. Great to see some of the maintenance and structural repair techniques being carried out!
