Despite missing the playoffs, I think Pasta is fully deserving of the Hart this year. Besides having another all-around stellar year, he’s living up to the actual definition of the Hart - not as “league MVP” but as “the player most valuable to his team.”

Joey Gallo is talking about becoming a pitcher after the White Sox cut him. All I can imagine now is a Yankees redemption arc in which he comes to the Bronx and helps fill the hole left by Cole taking the year off for Tommy John. Dude’s definitely got an arm. I say it’s worth revisiting Gallo 😁

Here’s something that’s bugged me for like, 20 years. Shouldn’t Destro’s mask essentially be Dr. Doom’s? Never mind the old cartoon, in comics and stuff, Destro’s mask moves with his mouth and eyebrows and such, but in reality it would be like Doom’s, wouldn’t it?
