And the only reason it wasn't 300 people in line was they had 3 employees lining people up and helping them with the VERY temperamental machine. I'm sure they paid tens of thousands of dollars for it and it requires 3 full time nannies to do it's job.

I came back through Houston end of May and instead of no. line at all in global entry using one of the 30 the old passport scanners to do the facial recognition, they had switched to a single scanner by "Clear" which is apparently some privatized version of Global Entry. 30 people in line.
