It's how a lot of renaissance artists got their big break and got into the public eye as a lot of the Medicis rich friends would attend the same churches for worship and hire the same artists

The Medici who ran Florence during the renaissance were bankers, however lending people money and charging them interest was considered a sin. So to repent they would use that money to commission artists to do paintings sculptures etc for churches

Also, being good at something and liking something are two separate things, a lot of the higher achievers won't take maths post 16 and the curriculum should acknowledge that

I'd add relevance, like for all the joking "another day where I didn't use sohcahtoa" well yeah, we should be teaching them vaguely how credit cards and mortgages work from a financial sense

I love Dr Frost, it just gives a bit more teacher autonomy with the task management which you dont get from others. Always felt it was very ks4/5 focused, im looking for what's best for ks3
