The Edinburgh National Gallery was a treat and I will be back soon. Young Elizabeth (I) in the London Portrait Gallery was the ideal English face to me, the slightest bump on Her Former Majesty’s nose.

Found a Rosamunde Pilcher combo of 3 novels from the 70's while in Scotland, in FRENCH, 'Retour en Ecosse' and am pleased to be past page 200 and learning a few words. Fiction makes it easy, because of predictable interpretation.
