Is there a point at which even the Trump voters wake up and smell the putrid flowers? I don't think everyone who voted for him knew he would so fully embrace what Christians used to think of as, "Satan's values".

As a volunteer English teacher to Ukrainians in Ukraine, I'm in touch with some of them regularly. Occasionaly, our online lessons are interupted by the war as they have to take shelter or at least gather the family in the hall.

We all need to study and understand the authoritarian process of purging which is what Trump, Musk and other insiders are currently doing. Purges can employ extremely harsh means or softer methods, ridding the government of any potential critics, simply by getting them out.

It's common to hear people ask why their dog always follows them into the bathroom. They need to understand that their dog isn't just tagging along. They are there to supervise.
