A NEBA Hasbro Tournament is a variation on our standard tournament, with 2 modifications:
1. All Battles take place in the Hasbro Xtreme Beystadium
2. All Beys must use parts that have been released by Hasbro

As a purely aesthetic choice, Lock Chips are not limited by the Whitelist. The only limited one will be Valkyrie as Hasbro has not released it

For now, The Legends List we use for standard tournaments will still apply, but only the blades that are Whitelisted would be allowed. Based on how the tournaments go, we will potentially make a Legends List for Hasbro Tournaments
