People have literally been arrested just for carrying signs or wearing T-shirts that say anti-genocide things on them.
The game is to mass-arrest, but limit charges. Makes voicing views high risk, a tool to silence them.

Labour, however, don't want to go down the wealth tax route as their entire approach is based around keeping the City of London happy.
Leaves them all in a catch 22.
Taxes have to go up, they don't want wealth taxes, and they committed not to raise taxes on working people...
