Millet adds nutritional complexity to simple grains like rice, and are easy to include into your diet.
🧪 Millets are making a comeback in India after declining in the 1960s. They are drought-resistant, nutritious, and help reduce emissions and water use compared to other crops. The Indian gov is promoting cultivation/consumption to address climate change and food security.

Tanzania 🇹🇿 has reached 128% food security, enabling surplus exports to neighboring countries.

In 2022, it was recognized as the most improved African nation in food security by the Global Food Security Index.
